Full moulded plastic bodies for evaporative room air coolers (the Pakistani-style desert coolers): cabinet, front louver grille, water tank and control-panel housing. Moulded on our high-clamp presses with consistent wall thickness, a clean exterior, and accurate mating between parts so assembly is fast on your line.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make the entire air-cooler body or just parts of it?
Both. We mould the full cabinet (front grille, side panel, water tank, control panel housing) or just specific components as needed. Most appliance customers take the full body assembly.
What plastic is used for an evaporative air-cooler cabinet?
Polypropylene (PP) or HDPE. Both are UV-stable enough for the warm Pakistani indoor environment, food-safe (relevant for the water tank), and offer the clean finish needed on visible faces.
Can you produce coolers in our brand's own colours and design?
Yes. We mould to your design, in colours you specify, with logos applied via pad printing or in-mould decoration. Most of our appliance work is private-label production for Pakistani brands.
